All services provided by NL Global Traders LLC are subject to availability and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information, including item descriptions, values, and destination details. The Company is not responsible for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

NL Global Traders LLC acts solely as a logistics, storage, and coordination service provider and shall not be held liable for delays, losses, damages, or service interruptions caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion if prohibited items, inaccurate information, or misuse of services is identified.

All services, including storage, packing, and handling, are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability of NL Global Traders LLC shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
